OUR SERVICES
Tenant Notification
All bicycles are tagged with labels during our first visit. Tenants remove the tag if they use the bike; after six weeks, only tagged bikes are removed. A notice is also posted in the stairwell to inform all tenants.
Secure Removal
After six weeks, only bicycles still bearing tags are removed and securely stored. Each frame number is checked against police databases to ensure no stolen property is taken.
Documentation
Every bicycle is photographed and catalogued throughout the process. Records are securely stored, and customers receive a final report with photos of all removed bicycles.
Eco-Friendly Disposal
Bicycles are refurbished, recycled for parts, or responsibly disposed of if beyond repair. When possible, they are donated to people in need, freeing space while supporting the community.

Cost Overview
Billing is calculated individually per building entrance:
Base Service: €210.00 excl. VAT
(includes removal of up to 10 bicycles)
Additional Service: €18.00 excl. VAT
(for each additional bicycle)
The price includes legally compliant tagging, police verification, documentation, as well as professional removal and recycling.
